FROZEN PLUM DAIQUIRI
Makes 2 drinks
- 2 cups small ice cubes
- 3 medium super-ripe plums, pitted and chopped
- 4 ounces white or gold rum (not aged rum)
- 2 ounces sloe gin
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar, preferably finely ground bar sugar
1. Place the ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Cover and blend until smooth and slushy, about 1 minute. Divide between two tall glasses.
