FROZEN APEROL SPRITZ
Makes 2 drinks
- 1 cup lemon sorbet
- 6 ounces (3/4 cup) chilled Processo, Cava, or other sparkling wine
- 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Aperol
1. Place the sorbet and Processo in a large blender. Cover and blend until smooth, less than 1 minute.
2. Pour 1/2 ounce (1 tablespoon) Aperol into each of two champagne flutes. Top with the frozen drink.
